Any suggestions on what restaurant to go to for a very special romantic night in Dallas or even Ft. Worth?

-Somewhere upper class. Suit and tie, no thugs and kids running all over the place, good food, nice atmosphere. somewhere not so loud with TV's blasting everywhere. Money is no object.
