Best restaurants in San Antonio, Texas?

-I've done all the usual - Riverwalk, El Mercado, etc. - as I grew up there, but I've been gone for 14 years and I'm going back for a visit this month.



I want to eat the best...not necessarily the "coolest" or "hippest". Like what's the best taco stand on the Southside? Where are the best ribs--still Tom's ribs?



I don't want Italian (I live in Italy), but Greek, Thai, Chinese and Indian would be good too.
