Does anyone know of a good, reasonably priced, fine dining restaurant in Philadelphia?

-My wife and I have our four first anniversary coming up on sunday, and I'm looking for a nice place to take her too. I was thinking about Buddakan, but I'm not sure if $80 is really nessicary. Does anyone know of any good restaurants that you can dress up to that are around 25-30 a plate?Radicchio @ 4th and Wood
