-I'm taking my kids to Dallas for vacation next week, and would like to take them to places they've never been. Places like the Rain Forest Cafe and maybe Fuddrucker's. Are there any suggestions?I recommend the Rain Forest Cafe, my kids LOVE it. It's good to go earlier though because the place gets packed. It can be a little pricey, but not too bad. Usually at the end I'll order a volcano (basically a ice cream and brownies stacked up to look like a volcano) and its big enough so we'll all share it. The restaurant is connected to a store so you can buy souvenirs and enjoy the Grapevine Mills Mall as well. I think it's a great idea. Depending on how much you're wanting to spend you may want to look into Medieval Times as well. Or Six Flags?
Try the Genghis Grill (there are a couple of locations). It's a Mongolian stir fry restaurant. You pick and choose what ingredients (meats, veggies, noodles, rice, sauces) you want and put them in a bowl and hand them over to the chef who stir frys them into a yummy dish all while you watch! It's a fun experience.
