Where to go for dinner date in Houston?

-I'm looking for suggestions.

My girlfriend and I have been together for over 3 years, so we're perfectly comfortable together, this is no first date scenario.



We just moved to Houston Tx and I'm planning on taking her out for dinner tomorrow and was looking for a fun place to go. We like live music, we're into the indie rock scene (more mainstream examples being: the strokes, jet, white stripes, etc). We live on the west side of Houston (near westheimer and the beltway), but I'm willing to go into downtown if need be.



Any suggestions for good food and music?



If it's just a bar with the music, we can food elsewhere first.



ThanksFood choices are far more abundant than entertainment, of course. One of my all-time faves on Westheimer is Chuy's, the Elvis Fried Chicken is the one to get.
