All you can eat sushi near Dallas - NOT buffet?

-Does anyone know of any GOOD all you can eat sushi places near Dallas? I'm wanting made to order sushi, not buffet style. I would like it to be a nice place for a special date. I don't want loud music or too casual of an atmosphere. Please help me out! I want to take my husband for our anniversary because he loves sushi.



Oh, and it doesn't have to be IN dallas, we will go to Garland, Plano, Richardson, Mesquite, Rockwall Etc.Bonsai Sushi
