On the Border Mexican Grill locations?

-I could have swore I saw an On the Border Mexican Grill driving around Tampa, FL. I live in Lutz, Fl and could have seen it anywhere from New Port Richey, to Citrus Park, to Land o Lakes, to Wesley Chapel.. I drive around a bit. However, I checked the website and there is no apparent On the Border Location in Tampa, google maps says there isn't either.. I'm just so sure there is, maybe the one I saw isn't open yet? Help me out please?Most likely you saw a restaurant that has since closed.

On the Border has downsized a lot.
