Fine dining around Anaheim,CA?

-Hi, I will be traveling to Anaheim, California in two weeks. I was wondering if anyone knows of any fine dinning restaurants around the area. My preferences are steak/meat restaurants, fresh seafood, or anything of the sort. I am a rather open-minded person and look forward to your suggestions.

Near Disneyland:

There is a Mortons, Ruth Chris, and Roys Hawaiian in Anaheim.

Napa Rose inside the Grand Californian hotel is one of the best restaurants in SoCal.

Catal, Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen, and Uva Bar at Downtown Disney are all upscale.I would suggest Mimmi's cafe on Euclid the service is a little slow but the food is great!My favorite is the shrimp.
