What's a really nice restaurant in Maui?

-It's my grandparents 50th anniversary and my grandma's birthday. I want to go to a nice restaurant to celebrate. I mean a really nice one wear you have to dress up and the service is good. Price is not important but remember that price doesn't always match taste.
