In your opinion, whats the best Mexican restaurant on the Vegas Strip?

-We are taking a little romantic getaway for the first time there, and we love GOOD Mexican food. I have heard that the Pink Taco is good, but Id really like to stay on the strip if at all possible and not have to drive anywhere... Whats the consensus?here's 2 very good ones for you to choose from (and don't cost an arm & a leg neither :)
